Native Sea Celery

Sea Celery (Apium prostratum) is an Australian native biannual herb. It will grow in full sun to part shade and adapts to growing in a wicking pot very well. It has a pleasant but very strong celery/parsley flavour so use sparingly in salads or cooking. Ours are grown in wicking boxes on top of a wall in part shade and only require a water every couple of weeks.
